👨‍🎓 1. Student Responsibilities & Expectations

• Attendance and Punctuality: Students are expected to attend classes regularly and arrive on time to maximize their learning experience.
• Leave Intimation: If a student needs to be absent, prior notification must be provided to the center or assigned tutor in advance.
• Compliance: Students (if applicable/of age) must agree to and sign the declaration stating they will abide by the rules and regulations of Tutoring Point.

👪 2. Parent / Guardian Responsibilities

Financial & Payment Policies

• Advance Payment Requirement: To facilitate quality planning and service delivery, parents/guardians must make an advance payment of 60% to 100% of the total tuition fee during the first month of enrollment (depending on the specific tuition type and fee structure).
• Approved Payment Methods: Payments must strictly be made through designated official channels to maintain accurate records. These include:
  1. The official Tutoring Point App.
  2. The secure official website: tutoringpoint.in/pay.
  3. Cash payments made directly at the center.
  4. Online transfers directly to the administration.
  Strictly prohibited: Making payments through any unofficial or third-party channels (including paying tutors directly).
• Late Fees & Service Pauses: Parents are requested to follow the provided payment schedules. A small late fee may apply to payments received after the designated grace period. If payments become significantly overdue, Tutoring Point reserves the right to temporarily pause educational services until a solution is communicated and reached.

Involvement & Collaboration

• Partnership for Success: Parents are expected to work hand-in-hand and collaborate with Tutoring Point to actively support their child's academic journey.
• Tracking Progress: Parents are highly encouraged to maintain open communication regarding their child's progress. Parents can schedule meetings with educators or administrative staff at their convenience to discuss performance or concerns.

🏢 3. General Institutional Policies

• Exclusive Tuition Arrangements: All tuition services and arrangements regarding the student must be strictly managed through Tutoring Point. If a family chooses to discontinue their official association with Tutoring Point, all current services, benefits, and facilities provided by the center will be immediately terminated. (Note: This acts as an anti-poaching policy to prevent private arrangements with assigned tutors).
• Addressing Concerns: Any complaints, concerns, or feedback regarding services should be officially shared via email at care@tutoringpoint.in so they can be addressed properly.
• General Feedback: Insights and suggestions for improvement are always welcome and should be shared with the administrative staff.
• Staying Informed: Students and parents are responsible for checking official communication channels (e.g., email, notices, WhatsApp channel) from time to time to stay updated on important information.
• Declaration of Authenticity: The information provided during admission must be true and correct. Falsifying information may affect enrollment.
